Success: Which project was your most successful? Use two of the artistic behaviors to explain your answer. Include photo

I think this project was the most successful because it is the most clean and very original. One of the artistic behaviors that i used was "I create original art" because i changed the head from superman to Jack Jack i thought it was creative. Another artistic behavior i used was "I developed my art making skills" because i had to crop the "J" over the "S" on his shirt, and also the head onto superman.


 Do Over: If given the opportunity, which project would you do over? Describe why and how you would redo this project. Reasons might include choosing a different theme, using a different medium or creating a different idea completely. Include Photo.

If given the opportunity to redo a project I would redo our sticky note project. What i would change would be the person and make them more well known so more people will know them, and i would also not let another group do the other half and we do the whole thing so it matches up better, because it was off when we did it the first time. 

Art final part 2

 I Developed My Art Making Skills

Did you learn new techniques or processes as part of the work for this project?
While making this painting i had to learn to do the palm tree. The easiest thing to do was to use a fan brush and then get a little bit of paint onto the brush and do outward fanning like motion and just do that over and over again to create all those leaves of all the palm trees.


Did you gain skill with familiar materials?
I used my familiar materials like the fact i knew how to do the sunset with different colors and also the clouds and the shape of them, and how I had to mix the colors to make a different one. I had used acrylic paint before so it wasn't as hard as i expected it to be. 

Art Final Part 1

Part One: Analyze the role of art in creating digital images, technological products, and design.

A.  write one paragraph explaining how the role of art played in creating the technology piece

1) The first piece is a art piece of Morgan Freeman made out of many sticky notes. We made this by first printing out a page of grids that we created on Photoshop after we got a original picture of Morgan Freeman that we changed the coloring so it was easier to match the sticky notes up with the photo. Then we split the grid in half and gave half to another group and half to ours and we both went box by box putting our sticky notes down to make sure the color matched. When we were done we took it to the hallway and put them together, we found that you couldn't really see his face up close but we could from far away. 

B.  write one paragraph explaining how the technology play a role in making the art

2) For this art project I took an original cover of a Pretty Little Liars show, and we had to make a movie parody cover. Because it is called Pretty Little Liars i changed it to Ugly Little Truthers. I first had to find four heads of "ugly" people and cut them out, then had to move them onto the heads of the girls to cover their original face, after that i changed the contrast and the dimensions so they lined up perfectly. Then i had to type out the title and because the original title was written in cursive i found a don't that was close enough to the old one. That then completed this art project.
